CookBook- Not a recipe for Polenta

That’s right. Today I made polenta and I’m not giving you the recipe, because it didn’t work out the way I wanted it to. And I’m okay with that. I love trying new things and although it was edible… well let’s just say it’s not mouth watering. It looks nice though:

The polenta didn't have enough favour, so it really needed a salsa!

The salsa on the other hand, was pretty good. And really simple. Roast half a dozen cherry tomatoes and a clove of garlic. Finely dice the garlic, mush up the tomatoes, mix together with salt, pepper and a touch of basil. Serve.

I promise, when I perfect this recipe (or at least make it good enough to share!) I’ll share it with the world!
