CookBook- Uni Lunches

I started back at uni last week, and have been using my lovely lunch bags made by BonTons to inspire to make, pack and take my lunches everyday. On Monday I made a triple batch of Nori rolls, with the 4yo I’m living with as my kitchen helper. He really enjoyed helping me put them together, and he even tried one (after telling me he doesn’t like “that black stuff” [the seaweed] or mushrooms) and declared it to be delicious!

Aren't they just the cutest fabric prints?

So each day for uni last week I took:
* six small nori rolls
* a little tub of trail mix
* a piece of cherry ripe slice (made using this fantastic recipe)
* four squares of dark, sugar free, acai berry chocolate
* two hommus and falafel wraps

And I didn’t take picture of any of it! And you don’t get a recipe this week! But! You at least get a blog post. And I’m cooking dinner for the family tonight, and although I don’t know exactly what I’m making yet, I promise, if it’s any good I’ll give you a recipe on Thursday!

Could you even understand that last part? I think I’ve had a very busy week!

    Matt starts uni when he gets back from working in the desert, he’s really looking forward to making lunches to take, and I think sushi would be the perfect thing! And I think I should try to make some of those cute bags for him to take!

    4 yr old helpers are the best. Be careful, he’ll start stealing your lunch soon because they are so yummy
